Victories continue as Faculty of Sports Science reaches the semi-finals after defeating Faculty of Business in a repeated yet remarkable scenario. Events proved that the faculty champions, playing with ten players, managed to secure a well-deserved victory.
   They took the lead with the first goal scored by team captain Mohammed Waheed. Faculty of Business equalized through a penalty kick, followed by the dismissal of the central defender in the first half.
   Despite this, Faculty of Sports Science delivered a heroic performance with ten players throughout the second half, missing several scoring opportunities. The match ended in a draw, and the victory was decided by penalty shootouts, ending 4–2 in favor of our faculty.
   With this win, Faculty of Sports Science advances to the semi-finals, where they will face Faculty of Computer and Information tomorrow.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Hany Sa’eed, Faculty Dean, extends his sincere congratulations to the football team for their heroic performance, high fighting spirit, and well-earned victory. He praised the players’ determination, which proved stronger than all circumstances, showcasing the sportsmanship worthy of Faculty of Sports Science in the “University President’s Cup”.
