Vision of the Department

Department of Education Technology aspires to be an enlightenment source in the world of specific education. The Department undertakes the responsibility of enlightenment and awareness of this area for the learner, graduate, researcher and expert in the fields of education as well as the process of learning at various pre-university and university and postgraduate stages

The Department has the mission of re-qualifying community as for cognition and skills in areas of education technology in the framework of knowledge, understanding and awareness of modern technological innovations in fields of teaching and learning, connecting these technologies learners and utilizing them during the learning process itself. The department also hopes to unite efforts to work as a team in order to maintain and strengthen the stature of this specialization, to develop its performance, and to make fruitful cooperation with different departments of the Faculty so as to prepare specific efficient student / teacher with lots of specific expertise in accordance with international quality standards

Mission of the Department

• To try to be an educational, technological and research institution in accordance with international quality standards .
• To achieve leadership and excellence through its academic programs locally and regionally serving the Egyptian and Arab communities .
• To offer various quality educational programs using education technology .
• To provide a research school for postgraduate students at the department to benefit from the scientific expertise and resources available in the scientific department in order to develop scientific research.
• To present ideas and modern advanced research issues for master's and doctorate programs in order to prepare generations capable of leading development and using it in the future.
