Under the Slogan “Stable Families, a Conscious Society”, Faculty of Sports Science Launches a Series of Sessions within the “Mawadda” Program to Prepare Youth for Marriage


   As part of the commitment of Tanta University to enhancing community awareness and building strong Egyptian families on sound foundations, Faculty of Sports Science announced the organization of a series of awareness sessions as a part of the national program, “Mawadda”, which aims to preserve the unity of the Egyptian family and is affiliated with Ministry of Social Solidarity.
   The events are held under the patronage of Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Faculty Dean, and supervised by Prof. Dalia Antar, Coordinator of the Mawadda Program at the Faculty, in cooperation between Youth Welfare Administration and the Mawadda program team at the university.
Schedule of Sessions:
   The sessions target male and female students of the faculty to prepare them for the next stage of their social lives, according to the following schedule:
•    First session: Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 
•    Second session: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 
•    Third session: Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 
All sessions start at 10:00 AM and will be held at the Youth Welfare headquarters within the faculty.
Program Objectives:
   This series aims to equip young men and women who are approaching marriage with the necessary skills and knowledge to build stable families based on affection and compassion. It also seeks to promote awareness and responsibility in dealing with family challenges, ensuring social cohesion and protection against negative phenomena.
   The Faculty Administration and Youth Welfare Department invite all students to actively participate in these sessions due to their importance in shaping students’ personalities and preparing them for both social and family responsibilities.
