Faculty of Sports Science Hosts Introductory Symposium on the National Reading Project


   Faculty of Sports Science at Tanta University is pleased to invite its students to attend the first introductory symposium for the National Reading Project, now in its fifth edition, held under the slogan:
“Egypt Empowered by Knowledge, A Reading Generation, A Rising Nation”
   The symposium is organized under the patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University; Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Faculty Dean.
   The event is coordinated in collaboration with Prof. Magdy Wakwak, Coordinator of University Student Activities; Prof. Mohammed Ibrahim, University Project Coordinator; and Prof. Heba Sa’eed, Faculty Project Coordinator.
Symposium Topics:
•    Introduction to the “Cultured University Student” track designated for university students.
•    Explanation of book selection criteria and guidelines for writing summaries in the “Achievement Portfolio.”
•    Presentation of financial awards ranging from 50,000 up to 1,000,000 pounds.
•    Open discussion to answer students’ questions regarding registration and competition procedures.
The symposium will be held on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Faculty Theater.
