Within the framework of providing a proper and safe environment to the students, Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Dean of Faculty of Spots Science, met Prof. Ali Al-Megharbel, Director of Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at Tanta University, to discuss the final preparations for the skill tests. The meeting was attended by Prof. Heba Rawhy, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Nagwa Al-Gamal, Deputy Director of Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the Faculty; Dr. Ahmed Shawata, Secretary-General of the Faculty; and the Leader of the Administrative Security of the Faculty.
For his part, Prof. Hany Sa’eed, declared that the faculty puts the safety of students and regularity of the skill tests on top of its priorities. He also stated that the faculty has reviewed all the logistic preparations and set urgent plans to deal with any emergency that might appear during the tests. He pointed out that the faculty provides all means of comfort and ventilation to reveal the circumstances of the hot weather and to ensure taking the exams in a stable atmosphere.
In addition, Prof. Heba Rawhy stated that the joint coordination is out of activating a strong system to manage the crises inside the faculty, pointing out that the major aim of the faculty is to create a secure and sustainable educational environment that protects all the faculty personnel as well as the new students in addition to dealing with any updates that might appear at the faculty.
