Faculty of Sports Science at Tanta University has announced the schedule for the 2026 skill tests for high school students. The schedule aligns students' online booking dates with their assigned test dates at the faculty.
Students wishing to take the skill tests must register through the University Admissions Coordination Office online booking system. Key details are as follows:
• Online registration period: Open now through Thursday, August 6th, 2026.
• Registration website: Students must book their Skill test through the University Admissions Coordination Office's online portal.
• Test dates at the faculty: From Sunday, July 19th, 2026, through Saturday, August 8th, 2026.
The faculty also announced that students from the 2025 secondary school graduating class, specifically from Gharbia Governorate and Itay Al Baroud, who wish to transfer from another institute or faculty, will receive separate instructions next week regarding manual submission procedures for this year's Skill tests.
Required Documents:
Students must report in person to the Skill Test Committee on the date assigned by the faculty, bringing the following:
• A blue or black ballpoint pen.
• Two printed copies of the online registration receipt showing the student's name, the faculty, and the scheduled test date.
• Six recent personal photographs (4×6 cm).
• The original high school seating number slip and one photocopy.
• A copy of the student's national ID card.
Admission Requirements:
• Applicants must achieve at least 60% of the total Skill test score (60 points) and meet the required standards in height, weight, posture assessment, and personal evaluation.
• Only the results of the height and weight assessment will be announced immediately. Applicants who fail to meet these requirements will not be allowed to continue with the remaining tests.
• Female applicants must indicate their marital status on the application form. Married applicants are required to sign a declaration confirming that they are not pregnant and acknowledge full responsibility for participating in the tests.
Preliminary Medical Examination:
A preliminary medical examination will be conducted by specialist physicians to assess applicants' cardiovascular health and overall fitness for participation in the skill tests.
Students must also sign a declaration acknowledging that passing the preliminary examination does not constitute final admission to the faculty. Final admission remains subject to passing the comprehensive medical examination conducted by the faculty or the university to which the student is ultimately assigned.
Attendance Schedule:
Students are required to adhere to the published schedule:
• Female applicants: Report at 7:00 a.m.
• Male applicants: Report at 8:00 a.m.
The skill tests will extend over two days for applicants who successfully pass the first-day assessments.

The faculty also recommends that all applicants arrive wearing a training suit (tracksuit).
