Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Dean of Faculty of Sports Science, made an inspection tour today to follow up on the final examinations of postgraduate studies of the academic year 2025/2026 which were launched on Sunday, June 21st, 2026.
He was accompanied by Prof. Sheriff Saleh, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Heba Rawhy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Fatema Basiouny, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, along with a number of academic staff and heads of the preparation and organization committees.
During the tour, Prof. Hany Sa’eed stressed on the importance of providing the proper atmosphere and all means of comfort for the students to take their exams easily and quietly. He gave his directives to eradicate any obstacles that might face the students to achieve the principle of equal opportunities.
In addition, he gave strict directives regarding mobile phones. As part of maintaining examination discipline, Dr. Hany Said stressed the rigorous enforcement of examination regulations and warned against any leniency in implementing the ban on mobile phones. He confirmed that students, invigilators, and supervisors are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones into examination halls.
In the same context, Prof. Sheriff Saleh emphasized identity verification procedures. The faculty administration also reminded students that carrying their faculty ID card and examination seat number is a mandatory requirement for entering the examination hall.
With regard to female students who wear the niqab, the faculty administration confirmed that they must uncover their faces upon entry and during the examination for verification by authorized female staff members to confirm their identity and prevent impersonation. They must also uncover their ears to ensure that no unauthorized earpieces or listening devices are being used.
Finally, Prof. Hany Sa’eed expressed his appreciation and thanks to all academic staff, administrators, and staff involved in organizing and preparing the examinations. He affirmed that the faculty administration spares no effort in providing a disciplined and secure examination environment and wished all students success in their examinations.
