Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, issued Decision No. 1364 on June 1st, 2026, appointing Prof. Fatma Ahmed Hassan Basiouny, Professor at Team & Racquet Sports Department, as Vice Dean of Faculty of Sports Science for Education and Student Affairs for a term of three years.
   The decision was issued based on the recommendation submitted by Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Dean of the Faculty, and in accordance with the provisions of the Universities Organization Act and its executive regulations.
   The appointment aims to empower distinguished academic leaders and bring fresh perspectives to further develop the education and student affairs system within the faculty.
