Prof. Magdi Abdel Raouf Sab', Tanta University President, issued a decree mandating Prof. Hamdi Esma'il, Vice Faculty Dean for Postgraduate studies and Research, as acting dean of Faculty of Specific Education until issuing a decree form Competent Authority to appoint a new dean for the Faculty.

        It is worth mentioning that Prof. Hamdi Sha'ban gained the bachelor degree in physics and chemistry from Zagazig University in 1985. He gained the Master's degree in Curricula and Teaching Methodology from Cairo University in 1992 and the PhD degree in Education Technology from Menofeya University in 1996. He occupied higher scientific positions till he became Professor in 2015. He also became head of Education Technology Department then, Vice Faculty Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
